Long standing tenant living in Yate. Has an interest in IT.

Janet Chard
Tenant of the Society living in Bridgwater. Former hospital laboratory technician, now retired.
Extensive experience in building surveying, including building design, disabled adaptations, space planning, specification and contract administration, as well as CDM co-ordinator .
Projects range from new build, refurbishment, maintenance and improvement projects.

Lisa Barnes
A Chartered Surveyor with extensive property development and consultancy experience throughout the South West. A Trustee and Board Member of St Johns Hospital Bath, providing almshouses for the elderly in need, and a Trustee of several smaller Charities.
